Horrible people live in this park. Keep yourself and your kids away from here. Or you will regret it!!!!!!!! I read your responses to others post here. You talk of all you have done here,about the one home that has burned,but has been takin care of???
More and more people move out of this place every year. I wounder why...
Ask yourself, do you really want kids to live here? Would you want to live with people like that?
I recently moved into a home in this community. Erika and Vicky were very helpful throughout the application process. It is a new management company and new ownership. They are bringing in a lot of new homes and really cleaning this place up. For the price I am paying, this home exceeds my expectations. Definitely highly recommend Springbrook!

I lived in her as a kid and loved it! Now going from Sherri to Paragon... God help us all.. we have pot holes that look like a meteor shower came through and the only ones they fixed were in the front exit because people were messing up their grass to avoid the MASSIVE pot holes. We ask one of the ladies and she says we've only been here for a year we need time, well when your grass started getting driven on you fixed those real quick. And the pool is NEVER open. One of the pallets that's part of the wall was pushed over because some kids trying to jump it and it's the 2nd day and it's still not fixed. Would literally take their maintenance guy minutes to fix.. and let me remind you it's the hottest days of the year so far. It's just obnoxious. They want all these things to be fixed by us but can't do a damn thing themselves. Simple things.I miss Sherri! All they have done is move new trailers in.
Let put it to you like this. My neighbor was caught masterbating in window... Management didn't care. Even after giving them a police report, nothing was done. Good thing my 8 years old nephew wasn't around.
Even after multiple complaints of dogs attacks, and harassment from the neighbors over the years, nothing has been done. I was almost attacked by a dog one day when I walking home from school. Nothing was done when we complained.
Are you blind?? It happened the 4th of July and their are still burnt piles of stuff all over the yard. So try to come off the blvd and see the truth,liar!
I bought my home in July of 2016 yes the roads were awful, lots of unkept homes , missing skirting or just needed to be torn down. Since this past summer the new owners have totally cleaned up, we have new roads, side walks , drive ways and new homes! Awsome job its lookin great!!
This place has gone through many owners over the years, and has gone through loads managers with each manager being worst then that last. Most of the park is empty, the streets, burned down houses, empty lots, and sidewalks are poorly maintain. Pothole worse then Detroit that don't get fixed for years. Management is poor, mismanage and non existent. Most people have pick up their homes and left. This place is like a mini Detroit.
