Metro was outstanding! Needed an electrical issue fixed, they were at my house the very next day. Although I could not be there, Don kept in constant communication--he even took a trip to a local store to buy replacement lights. When the project was done, it looked better than I could have hoped. Will use them in the future if I ever need an electrical issue resolved.
I'm so glad I found this company! AMAZING communication with the customer, very respectful of the house, polite and professional. HIGHLY recommend! I called 5 different electricians who didn't even respond back after a couple weeks before finding Metro Electric. I have a condo that needed to install ceiling fan and fix a couple other bathrooms' fans. They're two weeks out, and on the day of the appointment, they gave a quote, and got the job done in 3 hrs. This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. They truly put you first. I purchased a generator and they took care of EVERYTHING! They called the gas company for meter checks and up grades, the got the building permit, and called for the inspection. Metro and Mark have gone out of the way to make this purchase painless.
